Water Bear Clay Co. is a small womxn-owned business that was established in late 2019 by Dylan Kamalay and Lisa Tan, specializing in handmade polymer clay jewelry. Though Lisa has stepped aside, she is integral to Water Bear's story and existence and we are forever thankful for the support she continues to provide. 

Water Bear was founded on the belief of the playful spirit of water, with the way it adapts and forgives; a flexible force of nature that Dylan hopes to emulate in her art.

Polymer clay as a material is incredibly lightweight, which allows for statement styles without the sacrifice of comfort. Made with hypoallergenic metals, eclectic shapes, and intentionally hand-mixed colors; Dylan strives to create products with longevity and sustainability in mind. More recently she's also been incorporating freshwater pearls, gemstones, and vintage glass beads into her designs. All earrings are slowly created by hand, piece by piece in Dylan's home studio in Cleveland, Ohio.
